Programs and Classes

Construction Kids Preschool has three different programs to better provide for the developmental needs at each stage of childhood from eight weeks through five years of age. Additionally, each age group is led by an Age-level Team Leader who helps to coordinate and maintain age-appropriate goals.
Children in the 1s through 4s classes are taught using the Abeka curriculum, which is known for building a strong foundation in reading. Transitional Kindergarten classes use kindergarten curricula from Letterland and BJU Math. Teachers also utilize eleven different types of centers to actively engage each student in the lesson or theme.
Each classroom is staffed with a Lead and Assistant Teacher. Students eat lunch before dismissal at no extra cost and regularly attend specials, such as Art, Music ‘n Movement, Library, Indoor Obstacle Course, and chapel. Each special is designed to enhance our fun and engaging themes.
Many schedule options are available to help accommodate the varying needs of families. Children and their families also enjoy the preschool’s annual events, which include, but are not limited to, a Fall Festival, field trips for 3s-TK, various class parties for all ages, Christmas concert (3s) and pageant (4s-TK), and spring parent event for 3s-TK.
