The following forms are only required if your child needs emergency medication while at camp. Completed forms are due on or before May 15, 2025.

*Rising 1s must be one year old by May 1, 2025, able to walk well, and not need a bottle while in class.
FAQs
Parents may drop off their children at 9:15 AM and pickup at 12:45 PM. Children must be picked up no later than 12:55 PM to avoid a late pickup fee of $1 per minute late.
An email with more details about where each age group should be dropped off and picked up will be sent to parents about 2 weeks before the June session begins. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this email. If you still do not find the email after May 29, please contact.
Children will have lunch each day. We request that parents pack a peanut-free healthy snack, a peanut-free lunch (with ice pack, if needed), and two refillable, leak-proof bottles of water. Please do not send candy or food items that may be very messy. Microwaves are not available for heating food for children.
Peanut products and items processed in plants that also process peanuts are not allowed in class regardless of the child’s age. Please make sure to speak with your child’s teacher if your child has any food allergies.
The tuition for attending CKP June 3-26 is $375 per student and is due at the time of registration. Registration and payment may only be completed online. The $375 is for all four weeks of the June session and must be paid in full at the time of registration. The fee will not be prorated for absences due to sickness, vacation, etc. Refer to the Policies and Procedures for more details.
The Admissions Coordinator will confirm via email your child’s spot after you submit a registration form. Once confirmed, you will have three business days to pay the full fee via Procare. Please contact us if you need assistance.
